Shipping policy and payment methods

Please read these delivery conditions carefully before completing your order in our online store.

SHIPPING METHOD

For shipments outside of Medellín or nearby municipalities: Orders are delivered to the carrier ENVIA COLVANES SAS or INTER RAPIDISIMO SA after confirmation of your payment. This type of shipment has a cost of 13,000.

For shipments within Medellín or nearby municipalities: Orders are delivered by courier service within the next 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. This type of shipment has a cost of 10,000. 

ORDER DELIVERY

Orders placed on www.kesh.com.co will only be delivered to the address provided by you, in the shipping data of the Colombian territory, these deliveries will only be made on business days, your electronic invoice will arrive to the email provided.

If you have any errors in your shipping information and they are not reported within the next 2 business hours to the official WhatsApp support line, you will have to bear the costs of the delivery that will be made to you again.

The delivery of products purchased on our website  www.kesh.com.co will take up to 5 business days for delivery to major cities during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are shipments to cities with reshipment and these could take up to 15 business days.

The product may be received by any adult, who must sign the transport company document and then verify that the product is in perfect condition. If no anomaly is recorded in the transport document, it will be understood that the receipt of the product was satisfactory. The customer has 24 hours after receiving it to notify the dissatisfaction with their product, after this time claims will not be accepted. For shipments outside of Medellín or the metropolitan area: If no one is found to receive the product, its delivery will be rescheduled. If the product is not received after 3 visits by the transport company, we will proceed to return the order to the KESH SAS facilities. If the customer wishes to have their order resent, it is their obligation to contact our official WhatsApp support lines to schedule the reshipment of their products, which will generate a cost that must be assumed by the customer. 

For shipments within Medellín or the metropolitan area: 1 delivery attempt will be made. If no one is present to receive the product, the customer must assume the new shipping cost.

If the customer does not receive the product at the time of delivery, the money will not be refunded.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay through PSE (debits from savings and checking accounts in Colombia), 

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Codensa, Somos EPM and Davivienda credit cards.

For cash payments, they can be made at: Via Baloto, Gana, Efecty, Su Redo against delivery (under coverage)
