WRONG PRODUCT CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

In the event that KESH BOSTON mistakenly sends a different item than the one requested, the customer must make the claim request for the wrong product to the official Kesh complaints and claims helpline within the next twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the product. In this case, we will recognize the change. All transportation costs will be borne by KESH. We will coordinate with the customer to send the wrong product and then ship the one you initially ordered. 

MISSING PRODUCT CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

In the event that the customer receives an incomplete product, the following procedure must be carried out in order to verify the validity of the claim:
The customer must make the claim request for a missing product to the Kesh complaints and claims helpline within the next twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the product. An invoice or proof of purchase must be attached. Once the Customer Service area receives the claim and the data is corroborated, a response will be given to the customer within 3 business days following the claim request. Depending on the case, the missing piece will be sent or the customer will be asked to begin the return process of what was received in order to send the complete product.

EXCHANGE DUE TO BREAKDOWNS

In the event that the customer receives a product with defects, the following procedure must be carried out: The customer must make the request for a CLAIM FOR breakdown to the official helpline within the next twenty-four (24) hours, An invoice or proof of purchase and images and / or videos showing the breakdown must be attached. 
In the event that a product presents a breakdown problem, we will recognize the change of the product and all transportation costs will be covered by KESH BOSON

WARRANTY CLAIM

for hygiene and health reasons: Personal use products, body cleansing products (shampoo, soaps, creams and cosmetic products in general) will not be subject to warranty or returns for any reason.
